In order to build a more equitable and effective workforce, the environmental sector must support the existing and prospective workforce. Green 2.0 has created various resources and hosted numerous events (past and upcoming) to:

- Provide resources and support to the environmental workforce.
- Guide organizations with best practices that will support and retain their staff.

Navigating Environmental Career Paths, February 2025
- Green 2.0 and Green Jobs Board hosted a conversation with leaders in the sector to help demystify the job search process, offer tools and resources, and discuss the different career pathways available within environmental careers.
