Mentorship offers a plethora of benefits to mentors and mentees, yet it can be challenging for the prospective and current environmental workforce to find mentors that align with their needs and professional backgrounds. The Green 2.0 Mentorship Database fills these gaps by providing a way for people to find others willing to connect and by providing resources to guide them in fostering mentoring relationships.
Green 2.0 hosted an event for the launch of this new program and for a conversation about the importance of mentorship and actionable steps for how mentors and mentees can use the database to support their personal and professional growth.
